As a Senior Consultant you will play a key role in driving business growth through expert financial guidance, client relationship management, and strategic support throughout the home loan process. You will leverage your industry experience to provide tailored mortgage and property finance solutions, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional home loan advice to clients and assist them in identifying the most suitable financing solutions.

Manage the full home loan application process — from initial consultation to bond registration — ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, developers, and financial institutions to generate new business opportunities.

Stay informed about changing interest rates, market trends, and lending criteria to provide up-to-date advice.

Ensure all documentation and applications meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance performance and client satisfaction.

Meet and exceed sales and service targets as set by management.

Represent BetterBond in a professional and client-centric manner at all times.
