Senior Consultant (Transformation & Strategy)

POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Consultant to join a high-performing advisory team. This role is suited to a strategic, commercially astute professional who can operate confidently at executive and board level, while managing client relationships, leading teams, and contributing to the growth of a consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on transformation strategy, including B-BBEE and Employment Equity
• Facilitate strategy and transformation workshops with senior stakeholders
• Design and implement sustainable, practical transformation solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor on relevant legislation and best practice
• Support clients with B-BBEE audit preparation and verification processes
• Analyse complex data sets and provide commercially sound insights
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring delivery quality and commercial sustainability
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants
• Contribute to practice growth, product development, and thought leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (strong academic record essential)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional consulting environment, including people and client management
• Strong understanding of transformation, B-BBEE, and related legislation
• High level of financial and commercial acumen
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and boards
• Strong project and practice management skills
• Comfortable using AI, automation, and digital tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
