SUMMARY:
VACANCY: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
Location: Randburg, Gauteng
Salary: R30,000 – R35,000 CTC per month (negotiable, depending on experience)

A well-established legal practice in Randburg is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join its team.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate.
5+ years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary (slightly negotiable).
Strong experience in property transfers.
Bond registration experience will be an advantage.
Ability to independently manage the full transfer process from instruction to final accounts.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full transfer process independently, from receipt of instructions through to final accounts.
Prepare and manage transfer documentation.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, banks and other relevant parties.
Monitor deadlines and ensure transactions progress efficiently.
Provide administrative support throughout the conveyancing process.
