JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of this role is to assist this growing division with administrative duties and provide support to the current business team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Administration and processing of exception reports (credit declines / dealer queries and communicating to the relevant sales managers)
Perform secretarial functions to the Executive team
Responsible for divisional administrative functions
Departmental leave control
Create purchase orders against cost estimates
Monitor expenses
Record keeping for easy reference
Schedule, coordinate and organize meetings
Administration of monthly reports

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

NQF Level 5 (240 credits on level 8 framework) relevant qualification
Relevant admin experience
Problem solving mind-set
Experience in dealing with customers
PC literacy (MS Office – intermediate to advanced level)
Proficient in SAP
ET1 and Miles system knowledge will be an advantage
