JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description

As a Senior Corporate Finance Associate you will play the key project management role in deal pitches and implementation of projects, under the leadership of Principals, with direct responsibility for the mentorship and day-to-day management of Analysts.

Education:

Any related Financial Post-graduate Qualification
CFA qualification beneficial

Job experience & skills required

5-7 Years’ experience in Corporate Finance, with exposure to deal-making
Financial modelling acumen
Entrepreneurial with a real desire to work in private equity
Commercial sense and sound business acumen
Excellent work ethic regarding client service
Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and handle a high volume of work
