Key Responsibilities: Manage a high-volume retail debtor portfolio and drive collections Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve deductions, claims, and disputes Process receipts, journals, and age analysis using Syspro 8 Prepare cash flow forecasts and debtor reports Build strong customer relationships while maintaining a clean ledger Skills & Requirements: 5+ years retail Credit Control experience 2-3 years' hands-on Syspro 8 experience (AR module) Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables; Macros advantageous) Strong understanding of retailer portals, payment cycles, and deductions Analytical, deadline-driven, and an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills Apply Now!
