JOB SUMMARY:
Is the financial Creditors function your expertise? Our Client a Distribution Company based in Somerset West is requiring a bilingual Afrikaans and English speaking candidate to join their financial team to manage the full creditors function with all their branches in South Africa.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

mREQUIREMENTS:
Matric, relevant qualification highly advantageous
Experience working in creditors, Pastel highly advantageous
Own transport
Ten years’ experience in Creditors
Strong analytical and accuracy skills
Must be deadline driven
Ability to communicate in Afrikaans and English with Clients
Confident communication skills

DUTIES:
Managing the full creditors portfolio for five entities
Creditor’s reconciliations
Processing all supplier invoices
Dealing with subcontractors for invoicing of their equipment being used
Matching of Purchase orders
Daily opening of suppliers and customer accounts
Data capturing and updating of supplier details
Managing Credit Applications
Manage Filing System
Handling Clients queries and information requirements
Assist with any other related duties that are needed within the administration and finance department
Ability to multi-task and assist within the team.

SALARY: Negotiable, dependent on experience
