As a trusted recruitment partner, we’re working on behalf of an innovative and rapidly growing client in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) technology space to find a Senior Customer Success Analyst who will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. POSITION INFO:

About the Role:

You will serve as the strategic link between our client’s platform and their enterprise-level users, delivering value through data-driven insights, tailored solutions, and proactive engagement. Your experience in commercial real estate will allow you to truly understand the client's business goals and help drive measurable outcomes using the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders in the CRE industry
Analyze usage data and client feedback to identify trends, surface insights, and drive adoption
Develop and deliver custom reporting and performance reviews to demonstrate ROI
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance rooted in both real estate expertise and product knowledge
Support onboarding and training processes to help clients maximize platform value from day one

Requirements:

4–6+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Business Analyst, or Consulting role
Strong background in Commercial Real Estate (e.g., asset management, investment analysis, leasing, or CRE tech)
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business users
Experience with SaaS platforms or tech-enabled real estate solutions is a major plus
