POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse complex datasets to identify actionable insights supporting strategic business decisions
- Design, develop, and optimise data models, reporting frameworks, and analytics solutions
- Build and maintain statistical and analytical models to support risk identification and cost optimisation
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance through testing, documentation, and monitoring
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
- A Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative discipline is advantageous
Experience:
- Proven experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence
- Experience within regulated environments such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare is advantageous
- Exposure to stakeholder engagement and translating business needs into analytical outputs
Skills:
- Advanced SQL
- Python
- Business intelligence and visualisation tools (Power BI, QlikView, Cognos, Tableau)
Non-negotiables:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
