One of our standout clients in the Insurance sector is on the hunt for a Senior Data Scientist who doesn’t just build models—but builds impact. This is your chance to flex your deep learning muscles, sharpen your predictive analytics, and actually see your work influence real-world decisions (like, tomorrow).

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Designing and deploying machine learning models that predict risk, behavior, and opportunity across a massive dataset of real-world customer journeys.
• Working with actuarial, underwriting, and product teams to translate complex insights into business actions—not just PowerPoints.
• Owning the end-to-end model lifecycle: From wrangling dirty data to deploying elegant, scalable pipelines in production (you know, the good stuff).
• Playing with NLP, time-series, anomaly detection, and more—depending on what the problem needs.
• Mentoring Junior Data Scientists and providing technical direction—because you’ve been around the block and know how to guide both code and people.

• Python, R, SQL, Spark, Jupyter, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (you do you, as long as it gets results)
• Solid grasp of statistics, probability, and Bayesian thinking
• Experience in model interpretability (SHAP, LIME, etc.) and production deployment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience—whether it's leading projects, mentoring a team, or overseeing technical execution
• A background in insurance/financial services is great—but if you’ve got transferable skills from another complex domain, we’re listening

• Data-first culture (seriously—executive buy-in, clean pipelines, and a modern stack)
