POSITION INFO:

Required Qualification:

• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (Mandatory).

Experience:

• 10-15 years of proven Pre-sales experience within an AWS-focused environment, with a track record of delivering competitive proposals and documenting processes.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) projects, including scope definition, risk management, and process documentation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting Well-Architected Framework Reviews (WAFR), with experience creating related documentation.
  • Experience mentoring and training junior and intermediate team members in process development, documentation, and proposal delivery.
  • Experience in architecture and engineering delivery. Including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code on Complex Architectures beyond standard two or three tiers. Ideally the candidate should have expertise in delivering containerized applications.
  • Experience in working in traditional infrastructure architecture and engineering (e.g., VMware, Cisco, Windows/Linux servers, storage arrays, backup systems, etc.), ideally in hybrid or transitional environments.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture, and modern technology stacks.
• Ability to design, articulate and deliver solutions that balance technical feasibility, business value, and competitive differentiation, with clear documentation.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and build trust.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess risks, define scope, and document processes for team adoption.
  • Self-starter with high motivation, ambition, and accountability for delivered work, including process documentation.
    • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to process discipline.
