POSITION INFO:

Job Title: Senior Document Controller

Location: Gauteng, Tshwane Metro, Centurion

Job Type: 5 month contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Mining

Job Duties:

Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with company procedures
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders
Implement document control processes to track revisions, approvals, and distribution
Collaborate with project teams to organise and maintain documentation in a central repository
Generate reports on document status, distribution, and any issues that may arise
Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures

Education:

Matric

Experience:

10 years proven experience as a Document Controller in a similar industry

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent understanding of document control processes and best practises
Proficiency in document management systems and software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proven experience as a Document Controller in a similar industry
Excellent knowledge of document management systems and software
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Aconex experience is advantageous
