SUMMARY:
Our client in the tool manufacturing industry is looking for a Qualified Senior Draughtsman.

Duties and responsibles

Designing of products and components for the Factory Value Streams.
CNC Programming for the Factory Value Streams.
Creation of drawings for tools manufactured in the Tool, Jig & Die.
Research and Development as per Sale/Marketing requests.
Factory layout and workflow drawings, as required by Management from time to time.
The issue and control of drawings, including change control, and back-ups.
Ensuring that design software is kept up to date and compliant.
Ensuring that Quality Management System requirements are maintained in the Technical Drawing Office.
Any other reasonable task as requested by the Technical Manager

Requirements

Edgecam 2D / 3D. Ver.2022 (Design & Drafting, Mill, Turn, Wire, incl. post-processors)
Autodesk Inventor 2020. (Manufacturing Suite)
Tool and Mould design knowledge.
Reading precision measuring instruments.

JOB EXPERIENCE:

At least 10 years’ experience in the Tool, Jig and Die design and manufacturing, and/or related Industry.
