Senior Draughtsman (Marine and Coastal Infrastructure)

SUMMARY:
Seeking a Senior Draughtsman (Marine and Coastal Infrastructure).

POSITION INFO:
Required:

• Key senior drafting role in a growing specialist consultancy.
• Exposure to unique, high‑complexity marine projects.
• Strong collaboration with senior engineers.
• Opportunity to build SA drafting standards and lead drafting processes.
• Produce detailed drawings for marine structures, including jetties, quay walls, revetments, piling layouts, and coastal works.
• Prepare GA drawings, sections, reinforcement detailing, and technical drafting packages.
• Manage drawing registers, revision control, and document standards.
• Coordinate with structural, geotechnical, and coastal engineers.
• Support the development of CAD standards and workflows.
• Relevant drafting qualification (CAD, Civil Drafting, or similar).
• Minimum 7 years' drafting experience with a strong structural or marine background.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD (3D or other platforms an advantage).
• Ability to operate independently with excellent attention to detail.
