SUMMARY:
A defence company is seeking a senior electronic engineer.

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronic Engineer to lead the design, development, and testing of complex electronic systems. You will be a key contributor in product development, from concept through to production, and play a mentoring role within the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop analog and digital circuits for new products
Lead schematic capture, PCB layout reviews, and prototype development
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and test engineers to deliver integrated solutions
Perform simulations, validation, and debugging of hardware
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
Ensure designs meet regulatory and safety standards (e.g., CE, FCC, ISO)
Drive continuous improvement in design processes and documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field
4+ years of experience in electronic hardware design
Proficient in tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar EDA software
Strong understanding of embedded systems, power electronics, and communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, CAN)
Experience with EMC/EMI compliance and testing
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
