POSITION INFO:

EMBEDDED DESIGN ENGINEER

Centurion

Company in the designs and manufacturing of electronic products used in the the power electrical market. Diverse range of products such as Earth Fault Protection Relays, Capacitor relays, three phase Energy and Demand meters etc,

versatile embedded design engineer required to take charge of product development of new products from concept/idea. This department uses the Agile SCRUM methodology requiring the candidate to be a versatile developer, tester and reviewer working closely with other team members.

Qualification and experience required

B. Eng or B .tech Electronic Engineering
5+ years in complex Electronic Product hardware development
Skilled in complex analog and digital schematic design utilising multi-layer PCB layouts.
5+ years in Embedded firmware development utilising the OSI model approach (advantageous)
3+ years development with ARM processor architectures.
Multi-processor systems.

Key Performance Indicators

On-time product design and delivery according to agreed scope and budget.
Improvement of efficiency relating to development activities.
