SUMMARY:
Senior Engineer, Instrumentation

POSITION INFO:

Key Accountabilities

Assure the awareness of safe & secure work environment in accordance with the relevant safety standards.

Reviewing / approval of PM''s, SWI and procedures for all relevant assets to assure their effective application during each maintenance activities.

Optimized resource utilisation through ensuring adequate availability of manpower, materials & tools to assure the equipment uptime as per management plan.

Capability to lead to analyze technical in detail and to comment effective suggestions for remedies.

Assuring achievements of targets for KPIs and other performance benchmarks as set by the Management.

Coordinate with the relevant department for the technical and leadership deveolpments of the team memebers to enhance their performance effeiciency.

Carry out individual performance evaluation of the team -mates for proper motivation and improvements.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate in Instrumentation engineering.

Minimum Experience:

More than 05 years’ experience in similar senior position and at least 10 years’ experience in process industries.

Good communication skills, Awareness on safe work culture and its effective sharing with the teammates to develop the same, Coordination with other working teams and sections, good leadership skills to guide and motivate the team, Strong technical knowledge to solve for complicated issues.
