Our client specializes in project support for the (petro)chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Senior Engineer - Planning, Arrangements, and Outfitting to join their team in the Netherlands.

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Naval Architecture, or related field).
• Experience: 5-10 years in planning and outfitting for maritime or offshore projects.
• Languages: Fluent in Afrikaans.

• Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, ShipConstructor, etc.).
• Project Management: Strong project oversight skills, including budgeting and scheduling.

• Oversee the planning and coordination of outfitting tasks for maritime or offshore projects.
• Ensure proper installation of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to meet project specifications and timelines.
• Ensure quality control of outfitting work, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
