Senior Engineering Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, project management, and process improvement methodologies. This role is crucial in optimizing our production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the process engineering team in the development and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct time studies and process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive.
  • Strong expertise in process improvement techniques and time studies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.

  8. Change Management Experience:
