SUMMARY:
Are you a finance leader with a passion for driving operational efficiency and financial performance in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading business in the food production and service sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their dynamic team, based in the East of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance function with full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Oversee cost accounting and provide detailed cost analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Manage inventory control processes and ensure accurate valuation and reporting.
Support procurement and operations teams with financial insights to optimize cost and margin performance.
Lead and mentor a finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development.
Partner with senior management to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential).
Minimum of 5–7 years in a financial management role, ideally in a product or operations-driven business.
Demonstrated experience with cost accounting and inventory management.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working onsite in a dynamic environment.
