Are you a qualified CA(SA) with a passion for driving financial strategy and operational excellence? Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to take the lead in shaping their financial future.
This is a high-impact role based at their manufacturing facility, offering the chance to influence key business decisions and lead a committed finance team in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:

ð Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Reporting: Develop accurate, compliant financial reports aligned to business goals.
Financial Leadership: Oversee finance operations, manage working capital, and ensure sound governance and audit readiness.
Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll processing, reconciliations, tax submissions, and third-party payroll relationships.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives.
Board Support: Prepare reports and packs for board, audit, risk, and investment committee meetings.

ð Qualifications & Experience

CA(SA) with 7+ years in a senior financial management role.
Proven expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management.
Solid experience in managing cash flow, working capital, and performance improvement.
Strong knowledge of tax, compliance, and governance.
Systems exposure: SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably Finnivo.
