A Conglomerate in the real estate industry is currently in search of a Financial Manager. The efficacious appointee will be tasked with the management and operations of financial reporting within the organization.

Qualifications:

BCom Accounting Degree
CA(SA)
A minimum of three to five years post articles

Skills:

Experience in managing a team
Property industry experience
SAP/MDA

Job description:

The end-to-end financial function for several different entities to ensure that reports and submissions are accurate and timely and financial assets are appropriately controlled.
The function would be responsible for at least the following:
Statutory, management and regulatory reporting, monthly reconciliations and control, accounting and taxation, process development and refinement.
