POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Support interpretation of complex financial data, reporting, and variance analysis
Generate management reports and provide insights on KPIs, cost drivers, and trends
Assist in tax, audit, and compliance management
Maintain financial control environment and support execution of business plans
Advise on accounting policies and technical matters
Mentor junior staff and drive process optimisation
Collaborate with business to understand financial implications of operational decisions
Contribute to ad hoc projects across or outside the finance function

Requirements:

CA(SA) with 4–5 years post-articles experience (Big 4 preferred)
Experience in financial services; asset management exposure is an advantage
Familiarity with HFM/OneStream (advantageous)
Strong IT aptitude and eagerness to learn new platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in diverse teams
