A client of ours is looking for a detail-driven Senior Financial Accountant to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for their dynamic property portfolio. POSITION INFO:
This company was established over two decades ago and has evolved into one of Africa's premier providers of integrated property solutions. The company offers a comprehensive suite of services, including asset management, retail property management, and investor services. With a presence in over 35 countries and a portfolio encompassing more than 4,800 buildings across Africa and the Middle East, they combine global standards with specialized local knowledge to deliver high-performance solutions.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, managing the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, collaborates with Property Managers on income and expense tracking, and supports audits and stakeholder reporting. Drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy. This role reports to the Finance Manager.
