POSITION INFO:

Managing the full financial function and finance team

Reconciliation of all Balance Sheet items

Ensure quality compliance and control over all financial transactions and financial reporting

Assist with drafting the annual financial statements and tax calculations

Reviews of Income Statement and Balance Sheet items monthly up to management reports

Presentations for directors and shareholders meetings

Review payments and reconciliations (VAT, salaries, suppliers, taxes, etc.)

Control all year end close procedures

Assist in annual Audit preparations, schedules, queries, etc.

Assist with stock take procedures

Develop and maintain internal controls

Assist with streamlining / automating systems and procedures

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2-4 years commercial experience

Experience managing a small team

Excellent planning skills

Maintain high standards, good work ethics and integrity

Qualification:

BCom Degree

Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles
