They’re on the hunt for a Finance Professional (CIMA / CA(SA) / BCom) with the vision and skill to lead the financial strategy and reporting function with precision and flair.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full financial reporting and monthly management accounts across multiple divisions.
Drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Manage reconciliations, dashboards, and systems implementation to enhance operational efficiency.
Partner with leadership on strategic decisions and business improvements.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualification: CIMA / CA(SA) / BCom (Finance / Accounting).
Experience: 8–10 years in manufacturing or engineering, with proven success in reporting, systems, and strategy.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency (ERP / dashboards).
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and business partnering capabilities.
