POSITION INFO:
Join a nearly 30-year-old multinational engineering company at the forefront of innovation and operational excellence. We are looking for a Senior Finance Controller to lead operational finance, deliver strategic insights, and drive cost efficiency across the business.

Duties:

Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and ensure accurate, timely reporting
Create and manage financial dashboards to provide clear insights for business decision-making
Oversee account reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data
Partner with management to drive strategy, operational efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives
Provide insightful analysis that influences business direction and growth
Mentor and lead a finance team

Education and experience:

BCom Accounting minimum
At least 8 – 10 years experience in a senior operational finance role
Strong skills in reporting, dashboards, management accounts, and strategic analysis
