A market leader is urgently looking for a Senior Financial Manager to join their team of excellence. This is an exceptional opportunity for you, as you will be joining a proudly South African brand.

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)
3 years management experience required
Exco and Board experience beneficial

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Improve financial reporting impact on and understanding of business performance.
Develop effective commercial procedures to ensure operational, commercial, and financial targets are met.
Provide analysis and insights that link financial reports to business strategies.
Add value by translating strategic objectives into KPIs, financial targets, and forecasts.
Build and maintain financial models to forecast and project business performance.
Support cost center owners in making informed financial decisions aligned with the organizational strategy and plans.
Take full ownership and accountability of the business unit's results against budgets and be a true business partner.
Continually focus on improving Line commercial competence through building financial acumen.
Provide financial insights as a business partner to show both risks and opportunities in reducing costs.
Identify and progress opportunities to drive value generation and cost reduction.
Deliver and support budgets and forecasts, including the preparation and review of underlying models and presentation to the Board and shareholders.
Prepare weekly and monthly income statements and other financial reports.
Manage and reconcile the business unit's general ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
