Our client – a respected player in the services industry and a proud subsidiary of a renowned listed group – is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to join their high-performing team based in Johannesburg East. As the Senior Financial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial control, business strategy, and operational insight. Reporting directly to executive leadership, your influence will extend across departments – from inventory management and cost control to strategic planning and compliance.

Duties:

• Full financial oversight, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management
• In-depth analysis and control of stock and inventory processes
• Streamlining and improving existing financial systems and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with group reporting standards and statutory requirements
• Collaborating with senior leadership to support business decisions with sound financial insight

• Completed BCom degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• SAIPA or SAICA articles

• 5 to 8 years’ financial experience, ideally within a medium to large business
• A proven track record of working with stock and inventory in your current or recent role – this is non-negotiable
