POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description: An established organisation based in Kempton Park is looking for a highly experienced Senior Financial Manager to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will take ownership of key financial management disciplines, with a strong focus on financial reporting, internal controls, pricing models, margins and operational finance . This role requires someone who can get behind the numbers, understand the commercial and operational drivers of the business, and use financial insight to support better decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee financial reporting Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls Develop, review and analyse pricing models Monitor and analyse margins and profitability Partner with operational stakeholders to improve financial performance Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making Identify financial and operational risks and implement appropriate controls Drive improvements across finance processes and reporting Provide senior management with meaningful commercial and financial analysis Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: CA(SA) - essential Experience: Approximately 8-13 years' relevant experience Senior-level financial management experience Strong financial reporting expertise Extensive internal controls experience Proven exposure to pricing models and margin analysis Strong operational finance experience Ability to operate effectively at a senior stakeholder level Skills: Financial reporting Internal controls Pricing and margin analysis Operational finance Commercial acumen Financial analysis and business partnering Strong leadership and stakeholder management Immediately available candidates will be highly advantageous.
