SUMMARY:
Calling on an experienced and confident Senior Financial Manager to stabilize team capabilities. You are a paragon of operational effectiveness for a group of enterprises. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge on all aspects relating to structures, finance, people, and plan strategically. This senior role will report into Exco timeously and accurately.

POSITION INFO:

Enterprise performance – monitor, report, evaluate, ensure compliancy, budget controls

Business Division – treasury controls, reconciliations, compliance and procedures, planning, systems infrastructure

People management – onboarding and induction, organizational structure, mentoring, performance management

Value Add – key stakeholder relations, strategically develop partnerships, product & services competitors

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6yrs experience in a similar role

Minimum 2yrs Freight/Nautical

Qualification:

BCom Accounting Degree
