POSITION INFO:

Develop systems and controls

Oversee the financial managers preparation of the company''s financial and management

Analyse of the balance sheet schedules

Communicating the financial performance to external and internal parties

Responsible for the company risk assessment; ensure the company budgeting process is performed and reviewed

Oversee audit and tax functions

Manage the company’s transformation and B-BBEE agenda

Oversee the operations and functioning of the cash department

Monitor System Improvements and Company Policies and Procedures

Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers that look after the accounting package

Conducting financial forecasting

Responsible for all company payroll and employee benefit related activities

Skills & Experience:

Experience managing large teams

BEE audits

Tax structuring

Experience working in the Retail / Wholesale / FMCG sectors

Qualification:

CA(SA) - Non-negotiable

MBA or LLB - Advantageous
