POSITION INFO:
A rapidly growing fintech business operating across multiple African markets is seeking a dynamic Senior FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. This organization is transforming the way digital transactions are processed, offering pioneering solutions across the continent and globally.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, influencing financial planning and decision-making through scenario modelling, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll develop strategic models, lead board-level insights, and support capital planning initiatives while helping to optimize performance through automation and analytics tools.
Job Experience and Skills Required:

FMVA certification (mandatory).
Postgraduate diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CA(SA), MBA, or CFA is a strong advantage.
2+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.
Advanced Excel modelling skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX).
Experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar data tools.
Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
Excellent communicator with a proactive, delivery-driven approach.
