Trendy busy Restaurant in the Midrand area is looking for a senior front of house Manager. Will consider individuals with 6+ years Restaurant management experience. Candidates must have very strong front of house management skills with the ability to manage staff and Restaurant administration. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Duties will include floor management, cash ups, staff management and stock control. Position is suitable for candidates who work well in a team and who can handle pressure. All references must be contactable. Applicants must ambitious, self motivated and energetic.
