POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• System Design & Development – Architect, build, and maintain scalable cloud and on-premises solutions, including reporting services, websites, databases, and APIs.
• Software Lifecycle Leadership – Drive the full lifecycle of software development and enhancement for current and future product lines using modern technologies.
• Quality & Security Assurance – Implement rigorous testing frameworks and robust security protocols to deliver reliable, secure software.
• Technical Documentation & Compliance – Maintain clear software documentation and ensure adherence to best practices, version control, and change management processes.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship – Work closely with cross-functional teams, integrating new features, and mentoring junior developers to foster technical excellence.
• Client Support & Problem Resolution – Provide technical assistance, manage installations, and oversee issue tracking to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
• Build & Release Management – Coordinate official builds for testing and release, ensuring stability and high performance.
• Safety & Compliance – Promote a culture of safety and ensure alignment with OHS policies and company standards

• Full Stack Expertise – 5+ years of experience delivering successful projects across front-end and back-end development.
• Front-End Skills – Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Back-End Development – Strong skills in server-side programming with Node.js, Java, or PHP, building robust and scalable applications.
• Database Proficiency – Solid SQL experience, including database design, optimization, and maintenance to ensure data integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
