SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their high-performing, on-site team in Sandton. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will design, build, and maintain production-grade systems that power business intelligence, automation, and operational platforms. As a senior team member, you will drive architectural decisions, lead development initiatives, and mentor developers, while remaining deeply involved in implementation.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will:

Take ownership of architectural design and technical direction across projects
Provide leadership and mentorship to development team members
Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end systems
Develop and integrate APIs and third-party system integrations
Ensure optimal performance, security, reliability, and scalability across environments
Uphold and promote best practices in clean code, SOLID principles, and software craftsmanship
Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions
