SUMMARY:
The Senior Functional Consultant is responsible for providing project and enhancement support to Syspro ERP customers. In addition, they may be responsible for processing AMS customer problems and changes in the Service Desk. In this capacity, the Sr. Functional Consultant is responsible for delivering high customer satisfaction. Act as senior consultant using advanced industry knowledge to provide Syspro project, upgrade, and enhancement support to customers. Duties include: configure in multiple Syspro modules and/or application areas; document functional specifications; train end-users; process customer problems and changes; lead customer and other teams, and provide project, strategic account, and/or Helpdesk customer support.

POSITION INFO:
Ensure consistent delivery of project work including mini-projects, upgrades, roll-outs and other enhancement projects Establish credibility with supported clients as their trusted advisor Effectively use and improve methodology approaches and supporting tool Provide long term dedicated support to one or more Strategic Accounts Become an integrated member of the client's team Thoroughly understand client's business, culture and priorities Resolve AMS customer tickets Cultivate professional relationships with clients Establish credibility and relationships with client decision makers, know their business, their industry, their culture, and their top priorities Accurate recording of projects tasks, ad-hoc tasks and support tasks within the BU timesheets application Grow and Maintain Syspro knowledge, as the product evolves Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field Syspro Functional Consultant Certifications Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree, or past work experience as an application consultant would be advantageous.
