Senior Guest Relations Officer/Therapist

Location: Century City, Cape Town
Salary: R9000.00 basic plus commission on treatments and retail.
Yearly salary review.
Monthly competitive Bonus Structure.
Bargaining council – Pension.

Top rated and well known spa is looking for a professional, strong Guest Relations Officer/therapist.

Duties:
Make guest bookings, re-book and actively promote spa and services.
Answer phone calls and emails.
Monthly Reports.
Cash up duties.
Ensure spa is set up and ready for guests as well as welcoming guests in warm friendly manner.
Perform back-up therapy.
Must be willing to learn and quick thinking required.

Requirements:
Qualified in ITEC or CIDESCO or previous experience is spa industry with great guest relations references.
Computer literate and previous experience in ESP advantageous.
Confident, warm and friendly.
Minimum 3 years experience in 5-star spa.


Working hours:
Shift Work.
08:00 – 19:00 Monday-Sunday
8:00 -17:00 Sunday and Public Holidays
Closed on 25th of December.
Annual leave 1.25 days per full month of work.
