A reputable diversified financial services provider that operates across the African continent and globally is looking for a Senior IT Auditor to join their team.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing routine phases of the IT systems, security and general controls and audit function. The Senior IT Auditor will be responsible for new and existing information systems applications to ensure appropriate controls exist, are efficient and accurate. The successful candidate will also be involved in complex system implementation reviews, project management, change control audits and data centre security review.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• BComm in Information Systems/Financial Information Systems
• Completed CISA

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 3-4 years IT audit experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the financial services industry would be advantageous
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Understanding of relevant IT Audit frameworks
• Knowledge of audit techniques and principles
• Experience with SQL/Linux/AIX would be advantageous
