Senior IT Recruitment Consultant

Location: Midrand

Hybrid working model

3 months contract

Criteria:

Relevant degree or diploma
5-7 years of recruitment experience focusing on the sourcing of IT
Applicant tracking system experience i.e. Taleo
IT Recruitment experience:
- SAP Consultants, Data Analytics, Data Scientist, Power BI Specialist, DevOps Engineer, Information Systems Security, Cyber Security, IT Auditors, Business Analysis, Software Developer
Understand the structure of the Consulting business and its policies and procedures
Pipeline building and market mapping for scarce skills
Source suitable candidates as requested by external clients
Establishes and maintains lasting relationships with your talent pipeline, ensuring continual engagement of candidates
Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques
Manage compliance of the recruitment and selection process in regard to the relevant company policy and procedure
Effective delivery of the entire recruitment process (including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and placement of successful candidates)
Manage and negotiate the offer process and ensure that all relevant and required documentation and information is completed and signed off
