As a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will drive identity lifecycle management initiatives, implement security best practices, and develop scalable access management solutions that support business growth and compliance requirements. You will collaborate with technical teams, security stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions Develop and enhance identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning workflows Implement and manage authentication, authorisation, and access control solutions Deploy and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) technologies Develop identity governance processes, including access reviews, entitlement management, and certification activities Automate identity management workflows and improve operational efficiency Monitor IAM environments for security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities Investigate and resolve identity and access-related incidents and issues Support audit and compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen identity security across the business Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant industry certifications highly advantageous 5-7 years' experience in Identity and Access Management Minimum 2 years' experience in IAM design, architecture, or solution engineering Proven experience implementing identity governance and lifecycle management solutions Experience supporting compliance and audit requirements within enterprise environments Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) Experience implementing and managing SSO, MFA, RBAC, and directory services Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles Hands-on experience with lifecycle workflows, access reviews, and entitlement management PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities Experience working with Microsoft Graph API Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and authentication technologies Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience with identity lifecycle automation essential Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance processes advantageous Exposure to enterprise IAM solutions such as Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar technologies beneficial Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Self-driven individual with a strong focus on security best practices and operational excellence Apply now!
