About the Opportunity A leading and established Financial Services provider is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insure Adviser to join their dynamic team in Wolwespruit, Gauteng . This is a Full-Time position tailored for a seasoned professional looking to manage an established client base and drive growth . Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the portfolio management of an allocated client base and tasked with generating new business for the branch . Your duties will include: Client Engagement: Conducting face-to-face and on-site meetings, handling ongoing client queries, and providing consistent feedback . Portfolio & Underwriting Management: Managing client renewals, handling new applications, delivering accurate quotations, and driving client retention . Compliance & Administration: Ensuring strict FAIS compliance, maintaining the MyPractice system, and managing detailed administrative records across all relevant systems . Stakeholder Relations: Bridging the gap between the branch office and insurance companies while building strong working relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders . Operations: Successfully meeting service level agreement (SLA) deadlines and managing comprehensive business reporting . Minimum Requirements To be considered for this senior-level role, you must meet the following criteria: Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience specifically as an Insure Adviser . Qualifications: Completed NQF Level 4 or 5 qualification in Short Term Insurance . Regulatory Compliance: Successfully completed Regulatory Examination (RE5) for Representatives . FSCA Requirements: Valid DOFA confirmation from the FSCA alongside fit and proper product-specific training . Systems: Fully computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook) . Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of policy wordings and various short-term insurance products . Required Skillset Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills . Outstanding administrative, planning, time management, and organizational skills . Proven problem-solving capabilities, analytical skills, and high attention to detail . High level of empathy, integrity, resilience, responsibility, and a strong work ethic .
