Duties:

• Develop and implement risk-based audit plans and work programmes
• Perform audits that assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal processes and systems
• Apply data analytics to evaluate risks and identify areas for improvement
• Report audit findings, insights, and recommendations to management
• Support management in implementing corrective actions and process enhancements
• Lead and assist in ad-hoc investigations or special reviews as needed
• Stay informed of evolving trends, standards, and best practices in internal auditing

• Matric (Grade 12)
• A recognised professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• CIA, CISA or CFE certification (preferred)
• ISO Certification

• Minimum of 5 years’ internal audit experience, ideally gained within a professional services or financial environment
• Proven experience in using data-driven auditing tools and techniques
• Previous experience in digital, technology, or online-based industries
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau

• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organisational ability
• Understanding of compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
• Adaptability
