A leading entertainment company providing end-to-end solutions is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor. A group that has embraced the concept of Innovation. They are expanding internationally and increasing its geographic footprint as well as offshore earnings.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

• Lead planned audits.
• Organize and present meaningfully detailed reports to communicate the results of an audit to company management
• Supplement written reports.
• Communicate with other departments to verify records and confirm company policies
• Evaluate company inventory Management (safeguarding of assets, receiving and dispatching of stock), Returns and credit notes, Stock counts,
• Material management Production, Maintenance, Fixed Assets,
• PTP (Procure to Pay), OTC (Order to Cash), Supply Chain, Human Resources and Payroll and Performance and Rewards Review.
• Decide whether the company’s financial actions and policies reflect its intentions, and make judgment calls to improve the company’s trajectory if need be
• Research federal and state financial laws and examine the company’s books to ensure compliance, and inform management immediately if there is a discrepancy
• Review past data, stay informed about new developments and be prepared to integrate changing books into a current policy

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• BCom Honors in Internal Auditing
• COMPLETED CIA - NON Negotiable

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Min Years of Experience - 5 Years Internal Audit exposure is a MUST
• Experience in the BIG 4 Audit firm is non-negotiable.
• Must have lead teams on assignment basis.
• Good project management and decision-making skills
• Broad and in-depth understanding of business processes and functions is essential
• Willingness to travel at least one week a month every month
