Duties:

Keep management team appraised on the progress and any concerns with assigned engagements
Ensure coordination, communication and control between function and process owners for assigned engagements
Participate and provide inputs in internal meetings
Build business acumen by gaining an in-depth understanding of the business
Recommend the integration of current process and programme audit best practices with processes and systems in use

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Honours in Internal Auditing
Completed CIA

Experience:

Must have 3-5 years post working experience in an internal audit environment
Experience gained from the Big 4 audit companies
Proficient in Word, Excel, and TeamMate

Skills & Competencies:

Strong stakeholder management
A passion for solving complex problems
Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritise accordingly
Ability to excel under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines in order to get the job done
Ethical and high levels of personal integrity
