R42 - R45 000 ctc

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

KEY AREAS OF FOCUS:

Maintain and develop sales to Southern Africa local key accounts and designated international markets.
Assist with the formulation and implementation the Sanctuary Retreats Sales strategy, in order to grow the Sanctuary Retreats brand maximising revenues, occupancies and ADR’s.
Assist and provide input for the setting of Annual Revenue Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts in consultation with Director of Sales & Marketing, Client Relationship Manager and Financial Controllers.
Identify and grow local and international key markets
Understand key market movements, influences and impact on business
Meet and exceed lodges and camps occupancy and revenue targets.
Maintain and grow the trade database through the currently employed CRM system.
Have an intimate understanding of the competition.
Participate in and implement the sales and marketing plan.
Communicate market related feedback to key stakeholders in the business.
Ensure the inclusion of camps and lodges into the target client’s brochures, websites, at the best possible deal with budgetary parameters.
Sourcing of appropriate joint media ventures with key clientele.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years as a sales representative for an upmarket camps and lodges company.
Good capacity to work with a Team / group of people.
Reliable and organised with back-office work (administration)
Excellent communication skills essential (Verbal and Written)
Computer literate (word/email/ internet).
