POSITION INFO:

A global management consulting company and use cutting edge technology. You will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of complex backend web applications and micro-services using Java 8.

Job Description:

In this role, you will need to apply critical thinking, design thinking and problem-solving skills in an agile team. environment to solve technical problems with high quality solutions. You will be required to design and develop complex backend web applications and micro-services according to agreed coding standards using Java 8, AWS Lamda and MySQL according to company coding standards and principles. You will also facilitate the migration of legacy applications to a modern AWS Fargate cloud-based software stack using the identified cloud vendor.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6+ years’ experience development experience (Required)

Minimum 2+ years of AWS experience/ Microservices experience/ Relational database experience

Required skills for this role:

Proficiency in Java 8

Amazon S3

Amazon RDS

MySQL

Angular 8

Docker/Kubernetes

Git

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Computer Science / Software Engineering, or related qualification (Required)
