Key Responsibilities

Create and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring based technologies
Deliver complex system functionality aligned to architectural direction and business needs
Guide peers through technical input, code assessments, and shared best practices
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into working solutions
Improve application stability, scalability, and data efficiency
Support system releases and operational stability across hosted environments

Job Experience and Skills Required

Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Extensive experience in Java development within enterprise environments
Strong exposure to Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, messaging frameworks, and security concepts
Solid database design capability with the ability to write efficient SQL statements
Familiarity with version control tools and collaborative development workflows
Comfort working within iterative delivery practices and structured planning sessions
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
Exposure to user interface frameworks such as Vue or Angular
Experience with automation pipelines, container platforms, or cloud based systems
Understanding of modern testing tools and deployment practices
