Senior Java Software Engineer

POSITION INFO:

Join this multinational corporation as a Senior Java Software Engineer, your 5 years of relevant software development experience coupled with Agile Scrum and the Scaled Agile Framework experience would be highly advantageous.

Qualification:

Relevant tertiary qualification (BSc Comp Sci, BCom ISor NDip IT)

Skills & Experience:

3 - 5 years of noteworthy and relevant software development experience

Agile, scrum and the Scaled Agile Framework

A growing culture of test driven development, automation, CI and build pipelines

Some of the latest technologies, for example AngularJS, Docker, JWT

The core Java programming language and design patterns

J2EE

Spring

Web services, in particular REST

Oracle and PL/SQL within a relational database environment

Unix (HP-UX, Solaris and/or AIX) and Linux
