POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification for Legal Secretarial or Paralegal Diploma/Certificate would be advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Litigation Secretary, preferably in a senior capacity
• Strong exposure to High Court and Magistrates’ Court litigation procedures
• Extensive experience drafting, formatting, and preparing court documents, pleadings, notices, and correspondence
• Proficiency in MS Office, legal practice management systems, and electronic court filing platforms (e.g., CaseLines, Court Online)
• Excellent organisational, diary management, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure in a high-volume litigation environment
• Valid drivers license and one reliable transport
